Poor fibre service

Shocking Fibre service, 0,15mbps, call centre cannot assist, say sales need to fix the issue, sales apologies and do nothing, Telkom sent me a sms saying they will give me a refund, that does not fix the bandwidth. Nice people, always friendly, with pathetic service. Still waiting for the fix, over 1 month since I logged the first call.
