POOR! EXTREMELY POOR! FALSE ADVERTISING / BAIT ADVERTISING

<p>I would NOT recommend Telkom to anyone, under any circumstances! Their service is extremely poor!</p> <p> </p> <p>Logged a complaint ages ago, I got a generated automatic response and even after responding twice to them they are still not interested in assisting me.</p> <p> </p> <p>In December we app**** for a Macbook, it now seems like the stock advertised NEVER existed! Telkom never had the stock available.... its been over a month now without any update! I even asked whether it will be better to cancel the application but never got a response on that as well. I have now sent THREE requests for assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>You cannot phone them as the call centre does not know what the stores do and they have no direct telephone lines... furthermore the people on the floor does not get any assistance from the call centre... You cannot even ask to speak to a manager as there is none! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am 100% sure that I will now get my automated response and I also know that NOTHING will come of it. I cannot apply at another service provider as Telkom might come to the party overnight and then refuse to cancel the account (This has happened before).</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom advertises units that they do not have in order to either lock you in or replace the well sought after unit with something less desirable out of sheer frustration...</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR ****!</p>
