Poor experience they can't resolve my Showmax issue

My Showmax account is linked to my Telkom account so it was suspended when I was in arrears with Telkom. I then paid the full amount and now my Showmax is still suspended but they can't lift the suspension on my Showmax account. Showmax says because my account is linked to the Telkom account, Telkom should resolve it. I've called and emailed to even cancel it if possible to no avail.
