Poor download speed and no customer service

<p>Since we got the LTE wifi router it has never been faster than 2mbs. We contacted Telkom on the 17th of July. They did not call us back as promised and we called again tonight. The operator saya there is nothing they can do and the query is at the network department. We have reset the router. We have moved the router around. We have updated the router. Apparantly we cannot contact the network department either. So what am I suppose to do with 20GB of data costing me R300 at a speed of 1mbs. I cannot even open facebook pages. And yes we are in a LTE area. </p>
