Poor dishonest service

My phone line was suspended. I paid the money over on the pay fast link and they said my phone will be reconnected within 5 to 24 hours. Thatvwas Thursday. I followed uo every day, even went into the branch on Saturday when the payment was reflecting, please note I sent them proof of payment as well. My phone is still not reconnected
