Poor disgusting service

What a terrible and utterly disgusted service provider. Been without service for almost a week now due to none payment. Made a payment and now the 48hours has become 3 days and still no service. To top it all, wanted to do an upgrade and have been given the run around with lame ass excuses. No technicians available, device delivered to wrong address, and and and. Long story short Telkom, you have lost a loyal client. We dont need bad service like this in these trying times. Up your game plz
