Poor delivery service

Hi I’m complaining about telkoms poor delivery serivice i upgraded my internet line to a 20 Meg line I was told that it would take 3 days for them to come install it . Telkom was very quick to charge me this month for the internet yet my internet was not upgraded is this is how Telkom delivers services this is really poor if you tell a customer 3 Days waiting period you should deliver not make customers wait longer. This is really poor service but it’s easy for them to take our money when it’s time to take it ... I’ve been waiting over a week for them to deliver and they still didn’t come through
