Poor Custormer service

I took a 12 Mont Contract with telkom they offered 1 Mont free trail it worked for one day and went of they activated it after 3 weeks after 2 weeks is stopped working again they send a bill double the amount I went to their store more than 5 times and tried calling everyday still wit no luck I cancelled I will be store in Jan they said they will call still nothing... I had to get another service provider and haven't had any issues with them this far
