Poor Customers Service!!!

I have been trying to get hold of Telkom several times to cancel my home internet ,everyone keeps telling me to cancel online, I did that but no one has called me back, and I don't understand why Telkom keeps charging me for a service that is suspended, I can no longer afford the service, its seems impossible to cancel the service.
