POOR CUSTOMER SUPPOR SERVICE

Telkom is so useless, I am trying to get through their contact center and even their website is glitching with this Thuso or WhatsApp chat. I am going through my statement to see if my data was loaded but it shows nothing and I did not receive a top-up SMS for the month.

They really need to improve their customer service lines
