Poor customer services

I have been trying to get a hold of telkom for a while now. Everytime I call the customer care, there is no answer and I have sent emails which have still not been responded to. I recently put in a request to end a contract, and need to confirm that this has indeed been processed as I have received unclear responses via sms.
