Poor customer services and *********** workers

Bad service in telkom i got 2 contract of which1 is wifi and cellphone cintract the wifi is being a year i had it 3 months ago i went to get a phone apparently they combine the the contract without my concern that when my artime limit is exceeded they block the cellphone for calls and also my wifi is blocked i called call center i was told to go back to store to have them separated than i went to the store at eastrandmall i was told different story that they cannot be separated according to me there is incompetence in there and poor customer services now am blocked to use my wifi which is paid am frustrated with these one is telling a different story it is easy if they can bill me after my free minutes finish rather than blocking all contracts my *** account number***
