Poor customer services.

Telkom Customer service in the sales and orders department is absolutely shocking.

I have been trying to downgrade my fiber package for the last 2 months without success because these people are so *********** they always cancel the order with ******* excuses and I am having to pay for something I no longer want every month.

Managers and supervisors are never available. Call recording are a mission to get hold of, in accordance with the POPI act they need to have these readily available for the customer which is not the case with Telkom.
