Poor customer services

Telkom contact centre agent by the name of Mlungisi Nxumalo advised me that line manager by the name of Thembelihle Phungula will contact me regarding my refund, I didn't receive any call instead I've been told to wait for 7 working days for my refund which is very inconvenience for me because the debited more that what they where supposed to in order for me to get refunded they need me to wait for 7 working days. I'm so worked up by the TELKOM services.
