Poor Customer services

In December I app**** for an ADSL line and was told that it would take 21 days for the technicans to come out and install the device. Today we have had no response from anyone at Telkom. I have been trying to contact their call centre 10213 the entire week and no one answers the call. Does anyone work at the telkom call centre sales?
