Poor customer service/Rude Telkom staff members mall at carnival

Went in for a simswarp, the lady Siphesihle Radebe was very rude because she asked for a R10 to pay for simswarp and I presented my bank card which she said they don't swipe R10 and I went to get cash . The ATM only gave me R100 notes ,on my return she was now with the branch Manager Pinky Kganyago. I gave Siphesihle the 100 as a payment for the required 10 for simswarp, she then responded to say she doesn't have change then I asked what must happen ? She said I must go get change because she only needed R10 and it's my responsibility to go get change this all in front of the store manager and she kept quiet. I walked out to go look for change and ask the manager Pinky if it was my responsibility to go look for change and she responded by saying they don't carry cash in their store customers must come with specific amount of money all the time
