Poor customer service yet again Telkom !!!
Yet again - poor after sales service from Telkom. I have been waiting over a month now since reporting an adsl line relocation . No feedback received what so ever !. I call and call and call - and all I keep getting told is to wait 24 hours for a tech to get a hold of me from the New Germany area of Pinetown. This was over a week ago now ! This is now unacceptable - when you have to beg a service provider to actually efficiently do their work . Reference number for call made was **********

08 Feb 2018, 13:04this is still pathetic after sales service. A tech eventually came out and installed the line from openserve without doing a quality check on the line. The line is full of static that I cant even hear the caller on the other end. Now I have to wait what? A,further few weeks as if this isn't inconvenient enough ? Pathetic Telkom
