Poor Customer service, Worst ever network to come into the mobile industry.

I just spoke to a telkom agent named Patricia, asked her to check why I'm getting messages that my data is depleted / No service, she stated that if I'm not in a Telkom networked area it will show that error message, but immediately after mentioning that i spoke to another agent she then said my all network is depleted....

i have had it with telkom and will not ever recommend their service, biggest mistake i made over the years is taking a contract with telkom.
