Poor Customer Service & Unskilled Employees

I visited the Telkom Mobile Store in Centurion Mall as my contract was due for an upgrade.<br> I wanted to discuss the upgrade options available & the lady in store appeared rather uninterested.<br> She approached me with a bad attitude, frowning, hand holding her head & covering her left eye.<br> We greeted, I explained my requirements, she turned to the pc and started clicking away. No response to me or form of acknowledgement for my requirements, i had to ask if she actually heard me or not. The response i received was quite appalling as she now looks at me with evil eyes added to the huge frown she already had when she greeted me & said \I am checking". Totally uninterested as she was"
