Poor customer service, unreachable

I took a contact with telkom on the 30th of october 2018 but to my suprise on their system it only shows the contract was taken in January 2019. I have been called the call centre and been up and down to Greenstone telkom still this is not getting resolved. I honestly dont know what else to be done as the phones now are not even going through. This is exhausting . I will not pay 28 months for a contract
