Poor customer service , still on ITC FLAGGED AS A BAD PAY WHILST ACCOUNT IS SETTLED TWO MONTHS BACK

I'm not happy with Telkom how they treat they customers ,you miss a payment the tak your name on ITC , When he accout s settle they take they own time to remove your name it been two months now sice the account is settle but still shows on ITC, their customer service is poor tot attendng to a query as a matter of urgency.
