POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, *********** STAFF !!

I’ve had nothing but the worst experience with Telkom. Both my contracts ended. I called and requested for them to be closed. I am supposed to be refunded but the billing department is *********** and unprofessional. I recently received an invoice stating I owe R10000+ ….Telkom is a disgrace! People should not consider taking contracts with Telkom. Poor Communication!!!
