What poor Customer Service. Being their customer for 6 years. I phoned the customer service line wanting to add another cellphone to my contract. When she told me that I dont qualify I told her that answer is not good enough for me. The consultant was arrogant with NO manners or proper phone etiquette. I asked for someone else to phone me. Her answer: what for just to tell you the "system" does not qualify you.
