Poor customer service! No follow up!

I have not received even a follow up call to try and assist me to lift the suspension off my contract. Last call experience was appalling with a very *********** agent. To date nothing of progress has been done by Telkom for follow up. Even when I go to the branch they say they can't assist me since my payment is not reflecting... I will not recommend this service provider to anyone!
