Poor Customer Service/ Misleading the Customer

Have experienced horrible customer service from Telkom staff in the Greemstone store and call centre. Query is never resolved and no one gets back to you. I am constantly being told that the Manager will get back to me, been three weeks and no response after numerous calls and visits to the store!!!!! they cannot give me feedback as to when i will receive the accessories that come with the handsets as advertised, this after waiting one month for the handsets itself. From day one I have been hearing excuse upon excuse, seems like the Manager does not care enough to provide a good customer service. Telkom is misleading the customer by advertising accessories with deals, to which they cannot provide stoc****!!
