Poor Customer service from Telkom,you cant rely on the to deliver

I made payment for our Business Landline on the 05th of Janualry 2026,but Telkom still has not activated our line,It is now over 7 Days,but we cant use the phone,as its blocked.

Telkom really has poor customer service
