Poor customer service from Telkom Sandton

I am really disappointed in the manner I was treated at telkom sandton today. I waotednfor 10 minutes for someone to help me then the other guy went to call a lady to come and help me,guess what? She called me to her desk only to send me back to waiting area again and she call another client who was already been helped by her colleague. I was told to wait again and I felt I was been disrespected and I left. I wanted to do a swim swap for my Telkom contract but I have decided that I am going to cancel the contract because of the treatment I got. Instead of getting help,I was disrespected and frustrated
