Poor Customer service from Telkom Mobile Wifi Router

I have ordered 10GB for R139 wifi Router in march and only received it Mid April without my 10GB data, When I queried that I was told that I will have My data on the 1st of May. Surprisingly enough in May they only allocated 500Mb. I logged a query on the 05th, I am still waiting today its the 16th May, I still did not get My data. And then they Deducted R172 from my account.

Speak of Poor Customer Service. I totally Regret taking this. Cancellation fees apparently is + R 2 000
