Poor customer service from Telkom Mobile in Mitchells Plain(Promenade Mall)

I app**** for a contract phone which was advertised on promotion at Telkom Mobile for a month ago. However, I am still waiting for feedback. The only correspondence I got is sms's saying that the contract is pending approval as the store is waiting on stock. How long does one have to wait for stock? I chose Telkom as I wanted to experience their service vs other networks. However I have experience nothing but poor service! To add insult to injury the sales assistant on the floor was very rude and abrupt at the store as I asked what is happening with the lines (while I was in the que) as seems like everyone just walks in and gets seen to. She was rude and needs to trained on customer service etiquette.
