Poor Customer Service From Telkom Billing Accounts

I send more than one email since February regarding my refund explaining my issue and gave a reason but still no answer to my problem . . So nothing is been done !!n I've never seen such a useless customer service who have no knowledge of what they are doing. Wouldn't recommend Telkom to anyone at all. I need my refund....you are very quick to debit our accounts but dragging when you need to pay us back the money you debited for no reason.
