Poor customer service from Telkom as always

Telkom has the worst costumer service ever!!! Our Fibre Line has been down for over a week now! And everytime you call them “We are currently experiencing high call volumes” and you hold for 30 f***** minuets. How do we report the fault if we can’t even get through to them? Thinking of switching to Vumatel Fibre
