poor customer service from telkom

What is happening to me is very bad since on the 27th of August 2019 I dont have internet connection been calling the call center each and every day but no help and today its the 3rd of September still I dont have internet.... Would telkom tell me if I should go find another internet service provider or whats happening because im struggling here my business is stacked I cant do anything without an internet
