Poor Customer Service from Telkom

Would just like to say that I am absolutely disappointed with the customer service from Telkom. I cannot believe that I am forced to maintain my payments and not receive one bit of service from them. I reported a matter regarding my email service, stating that I cannot send an email out. I have reported this matter over two weeks ago and I have yet to receive any feedback from them. In fact I reported this same matter years ago and it has still not been resolved.
