POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TELKOM!

I have phoned Telkom numerous times on order to get an upgrade, with no success. After I sent an email, an agent phoned but I was in a meeting and could not talk. I asked her to phone me back which she to date has not done (almost 2 months ago) Poor customer service!
