Poor Customer Service from Billing Department

Extremely poor customer service from Billing department. Never shows interest in resolving customer queries. Emails to billing dept bounce back because the mailbox is full. Due to Covid staff are working from home, so the service should still be the same whether working from home or in office. Been awaiting credits for 2 months already and this is unacceptable service.
