Poor customer service for everything

Telkom mobile has the worst service ever for all services they provide. Their customer care line rings forever not answered. Queries are not being responded to , including numerous follow ups you will make. Since the day I entered their shop in March I have been struggling to this day. I am even thinking of returning their devices
