POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR CANCELATION

I called the Telkom mobile number 081180 to cancel my sim contract the calls gets cut off without getting put through to the customer agent. I was directed to whatsapp which is useless. So I logged a request to cancel on the Telkom app which I received a *** on 19/01/2021 the following day I received an sms that the case has been closed, on what grounds I don't know. I immediately logged another request for cancelation which the reference is: ***9 , which was closed as well. No one has contacted me. The 081180 number is terminated it does not go through you are directed to whatsapp. If I don't get assistance I will stop using the sim card and reverse the debit orders
