Poor customer service experience

I have been sent from one operator to the other, I was made to go to the shop to get a copy of my mobile contract and I am still not assisted. The last 6th person I spoke to referred me to another number. It is unacceptable that I spend better part of my day just calling for something that I think is simple, a copy of my mobile contract. I am yet to receive a reply from the two emails I have sent to complain which has since passed the so called 48hrs.
