POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - DSL TELECOM

I, Have had the absolute worst service with Telkom LTE, quick to take money but after that no Internet or extremely poor internet quality, we pay for 10 G line but for the past 3 months we are lucky if we get 3G , And try to talk to them on their WhatsApp line all we get is phone the help line or sent an email.

DSL Telecom promised us there will be no problems no they don't even bother just same message phone TELKOM
