Poor customer service

Telkom has the ****tiest customer service ever. I have been trying to get through to their billing department since Wednesday and none of the numbers work. The only number that works is for the sales department, obviously because they want to milk people of their hard-earned money then provide them with their poor customer service. I asked to be transferred to the billing department and they told me they can’t do transfers because the line will cut. I have had it with this service provider because they took payment on the 25th but they haven’t unlocked my account and the reason it was locked in the first place is their highest level of incompetence. ****tiest service provider ever!!!
