Poor customer service

Absolutely worst customer experience ever.

Did an online application for a new cellphone contract on the 25th Jan. Apart from doing the application process and getting pre-approval confirmation, I have heard nothing from telkom.

I have called and emaied customer service multiple times since then, but I am continuously met with *********** staff who are unhelpful or rude.

Ended up requesting a order cancelation after many failed attempts to progress. I was told someone would call to confirm. Still nothing.

As a last resort, I went into the store to check if order was canceled, again to be met with attitude.

Absolutely would not recommend telkom
