Poor customer service

On the 30.11.2025 I went to Telkom outlet/store at Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark to take out a cell phone contract

I did take the contract for HUAWEI NOVA 14i that comes with HUAWEI Band 10" watch But I never received the HUAWEI Band 10"watch the sales lady who assisted Me said I should leave My number they will call Me to come collect it or it will be delivered at My home address

Till to date I haven't received the HUAWEI 10" BAND WATCH neither no communication regarding this
