Poor customer service, ******* minded, bullying

Charged extremely high for month of June R1700 vs an agreed contract cost of R300 per month. I inquired and was given the run around ,I was told that i will receive the recording which didn't happen up until the end of the month for which the funds was deducted from my account having not heard from TELKOM. At present they have suspended my account
