POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Been having issues with this company for months. I've requested MULTIPLE call backs in order to try to resolve those issues and NOONE HAS CALLED BACK. If I could give them half or no stars I would. I don't see why as a client I need to chase a company for help. Even their self help portal is useless
