Poor customer service by Telkom Mobile

The service of Telkom Mobile is EXTREMELY POOR. I called to enquire about an invoice sent to me. I was made to wait for a record 20 minutes listening to thier poor music. At long last they answered my call. Unfortunately the lady who answered was very rude. Instead of transfering my call to the right department she choose to drop my call. As a result I was never assisted. Honestly, I would never encourage anyone to use Telkom Mobile.
