Poor customer service by Telkom Irene mall

went in to port my number was helped by a lady with dreadlocks(didnt get her name) But she was very rude and unhelpful laying on her table while "Assisting me" and kept sighing and rolling her eyes each time she asked me a question on top of it gave me attitude acting like she didnt want to help me..... two days later my number hasnt been ported yet so I called the call center to find out what was happening only to be told that my number was never processed for porting and I need to go back to the store again ......Very poor customer service I regret the day I signed up for a contract with telkom!
