Poor customer service

I bought an Samsung S24 FE phone 2023 December and I received it late January 2024 when I bought it on Black Friday special it said it comes with a free Samsung Watch and I didn't receive it and I tried contacting Telkom with no straight response till today, please assist.

Another issue I have with Telkom I lost a contract data sim card then I went to their shop to do a swim swap but I don't know what happened coz it was not successful but yet I was told it's done so when I enquire about it they sent me to go to Durban shop coz as for them their shop is small there are certain things they can't do, I went to Durban and they told me that only Scottburgh shop that can help me as they are the ones who made a mistake by doing doing a sim swap with a sold sim card, I went back to Scottburgh and they logged a query with their IT and they said they will phone me but till today nobody has phoned me, that was on the 3rd of April 2025
