Poor customer service

I recently app**** for a contract on the 27th of December for a Huawei PSmart 2021 with 2 free headphones. I was sent an email that I'd be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. On the 30th I asked Telkom to contact me (on their website) but I haven't been contacted since and I won't be at the address I put for collection from 5th of January 2022
