Poor customer service

Telkom Gateway service is absolutely ******* stood for almost an hour to do a sim swap but other customers where walking in and being assisted same time and (Mabuyi Makhatini) advised me that's how they work as those people where purchasing using cash when i asked to make a complaint i was told to do so in writing now because of this i will make sure all my friends and family leave the network as they don't value they customers but only care about getting new ones
