Poor customer service at Telkom Vangate mall Capetown

Hi I have a very huge complaint I tried doing a sim swop at Telkom at Vangate mall in Capetown guess what the staff told me they can not do it causethe SIM card is registered under a **** passport I bought the SIM card from one of the ****a's shop witch I paid R10 not knowing the owner registered the SIM card on his name now they telling me we must not buy SIM cards from the ****a shops BUT Telkom is then selling it to the ****a shops now I'm sitting with the problem they told me I may forget abt that number how can they tell me that where as I get money thru thatnsim card my srd grant I use that SIM card forpls guys help me out here I haven't collected 10 months money because of this problem
